I’ve been wanting to make a little gift ensemble for a good friend who listens to me and likes a lot of the same things that I do! She doesn’t stamp but I thought she might like a decorated notebook and pen set to make lists for the store or notes to her [...] All papers are from the Ruche collection from Paper Temptress. Image was inked with Memento, clear embossed and colored with Chamois Copic. Stamps are from Jessica Lynn called Pirate Poms. I’m delighted to share with you two of my favorite papers to date – the new Cocoa Crepe Ruche and Blue Leather. I hope those of you in the States had an enjoyable and safe Independence Day! We spent the day with my in-laws doing all the typical things families do on the 4th of July. My card today started out as an experiment because I absolutely adore this new Ruche paper. The [...] The Ruche paper has unbelievable texture and the colors just pop. I am really in love with it. It looks and feels like fabric yet very sturdy. For this card I used Green, Khaki & Cocoa Ruche papers. Image is from #128 HIT Toys for Men. What’s new at Paper Temptress? Well there a couple things actually but today I want to show you some really cool new textured paper called Ruche. I used the sky blue today for my card. You have heard from Patricia about the new papers she has and how wonderful they are. Well, I can tell you that the new Ruche papers are just TOO COOL! They have such texture and the colors are vivid.
