Meet the Kitty Queen

Here’s a great image from Sweet Pea stamps artist Zorimar Lezama called Kitty Queen. I created this stair step card which you can see below standing and on the following image how it folds to fit into a  A2 sized envelope. It’s hard to tell from this angel, but when folded, the heart will be the smaller height as the rectangular side.  I am taking this photo at an angle so you can see the text and buttons on each layer

All the papers in this image come from Paper Temptress, the base of the card is from Neenah Solar White Classic Crest.  It’s cut out using a wonderful die from Spellbinders.  I am then using two shades of gorgeous Mica/Metallic cardstock as my accents, Flame and Azaela.  Finally I added the image and fussy cut it with an additional layer of Basis Black behind it. It really helps the image POP right off the card.

Hope you enjoy this fun shaped card today!

Cheers, Holley

  • Click play to see which of Eminem’s songs made
it on the list and why. Amid the roadblocks to pop music, the industry continued to grow
and soon, the barriers between races blurred. Their 1965 recording was a
huge hit, and reached the top twenty again a quarter
century later when it appeared on the “Ghost” soundtrack in 1990.

  • Cute card and I love the black frame around the image!
