CAS Card Using Striped Vellum with Gerda Steiner Designs Monster Party

Aloha Guys!

This is Joyce from and today I want to share with you this card I made using my Favorite Vellum and Crystal Mica Metallic Card stock.  The stamp set I’ll be using is this Brand New stamp set from Gerda Steiner Designs Monster Party.  This is such an adorable stamp set, I just love the cute monsters in this set.  I cut the Sky Blue and Peachy Velvet striped vellum using the MFT’s stitched thought bubble die and stamped out the sentiment, curving the sentiment to match the curve of the bubble.  I absolutely Love Vellum, especially these vellum with designs on them.  I have a hard time finding patterned vellum so I’m sure glad that Paper temptress has many varieties to choose from.  I also love the thickness of these vellum, they are definitely not your ordinary vellum.  I layered the vellum pieces on top of each other, and because these are thick vellum, you can’t even see the adhesive on them. I stamped out everything using MFT’s Hybrid black licorice ink and colored this monster using my Shinhan Touch Twin alcohol markers.  I added this entire piece onto an A2 size Crystal Mica Metallic card stock.  You can view the step by step tutorial up above, if you’re interested.  I’ll also leave all the supplies I used in the links below, so you can check out all the goodies I used.  I want to thank you so much for stopping by and I’ll catch you guys next time for more projects using the Paper Temptress products 🙂
