Better late than never LOL!

I have met several great kids thru this thing they call the internet (LOL).  Actually they are children of friends I have met thru the internet….two of them are going to college now so very proud of them…

Anyway one just graduated from high school so I wanted to send him a card to celebrate his graduation….so my style…clean and simple:

I unfortunately (lol) am addicted to buying dies right now….especially My Favorite Things dies which is where I got all the dies used for this graduation card.  I especially like the number dies.

Steven’s school colors were red and gold so for the base I used the Red Pepper Thick Columns for the base of the card.  You can’t really see the amazing columns this cardstock has since they are covered up but this is a pre embossed cardstock so you don’t have to emboss it.  Pretty clever and easy!  I used the Glamour Gold Glossy for the front of the card and stamped all the die cut images out of the extremely popular Cryogen White.  I cut the Class of and the numbers out of Red Licorice Glossy.  Heck when I opened PaperTemptress.com almost 8 years ago glossy cardstock was still very popular…it isn’t very popular anymore but I still love it!

I know Steven really liked the card so that made me happy…he is a good kid!
