Seed Packet Card

Hopefully, everyone is enjoying World Cardmaking Day!  I’ve been super busy so, unfortunately for me, I won’t have much time to create today.  I am planning on making up for it tomorrow!  I am doing a Throwback share of one of my favorite cards I’ve made for PaperTemptress.com, and I hope you enjoy it.

For this card, I used a really fantastic stamp set called Seeds of Friendship by Flourishes LLC.  A really great thing about this stamp set is that all of the internal features (below the banner) are individual stamps.  That means you can add whichever words and flourishes you decide you want to use.  It gives the stamp set a huge amount of flexibility!  The image is stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black ink on Cryogen cardstock and colored with Crayola colored pencils, blended out with Gamsol.  This is matted onto green polka dot paper from my stash, and then again onto some awesome Mushroom Brown Bag Kraft paper.

  • This is awesome Danielle!! I love how you can switch the stamps up. Your coloring and design makes this look like a pack of seeds you could pick right off the shelf!! Amazing.
