Paper Dolls and Mica Metallics

When I was a little girl, I had a box full of paper dolls. Remember the ones that you could change their clothing? Yup, a big ole box full of them, and I LOVED them. So I thought I’d take a shot at creating a Paper Art Doll and a set of clothing using Mica Metallic Papers from Paper Temptress.

Hello everyone, Erika Taylor here today to share with you my first Paper Art Doll. I decided to create a fairy and used my favorite sparkly papers. The Mica Metallics are great to emboss on, and I used a fair bit of embossing powders to create the ensemble. I also used some Double Thick Crystal Clear to create the wings on my fairy.

Here are the photos for you to peruse. I used a combination of Ruby, Emerald, Rose Quartz, Serpentine and Opal Mica Metallics.

And here is the entire paper doll. The fun I had creating her, was amazing.

Thank you so much for stopping by today and leaving a comment. I truly appreciate your thoughts and would love to hear them. So Click that button and say hello.

Until next time
