Hi all, it has been a while since I posted anything but not sure if you know it or not but I have spent most of the weekend with Suzanne Dean who in my eyes is the best copic teacher in the US!  I took her advanced class  yesterday and learned a LOT!  Now we will just see if I color any better LOL!  I loved having her here in San Jose!  We are off to San Francisco tomorrow too, I am sooooo excited since I love San Francisco anyway and to share the experience with Suzanne is just toooo amazing.  Hopefully I will have some pictures to share with you!
Now this card was done before the class but I don’t think I did a bad job coloring this little cutee! Â I am pretty sure I used him for my card last year too!
I colored this little cutee on Cryogen White which IMHO is the best cardstock for coloring with Copics. I love how it blends and as most of you know I LOVE SPARKLE which the Cryogen White does even after being colored with any color medium! Â I used the new Deep Purple skinny columns for the background. Â The designer paper is from DCWV. Â The distressed mat is Pop Tones Jellybean Green! Â The background and ghost are also done on Cryogen White. Â Whenever I cut my images out I always take a marker and color the edges so the white doesn’t show and I ALWAYS screw up and end up putting a mark on the image instead of the sides and this time is is very obvious! Â I think I am going to start leaving the white border that I am seeing most do anymore from now on because it makes me soooo mad (Our Melanie tells me my mad is like warm ice cream LOL)! Â Hope you enjoyed!
the PaperTemptress (off to bed so I can get up early tomorrow to go to SF)!
BTW the little guy is raised up on pop up dots and I added a little diamond glaze to his wings and the costumes eyes (after taking this picture)!
