Pink Texture Duet

Hi all.  This is Vickie with my second post.  For this card I used Azalea Mica/Metallic for the background.  I love the rich pink color and the added bonus of beautiful sheen.  I used a technique called Texture Duet from Technique Junkies.  Here you emboss a portion of the cardstock with one folder then leave a space and use another embossing folder on the rest.  You add a score line where each of the patterns ends.  The image is stamped on Neenah Super smooth Ivory.  The Neenah was also used for card itself.  The stamp I used is from Penny Black.  I stamped the image with Peeled Paint Distress Ink.  I colored the image with Copic markers and then added the glitter.  The accent layer is done with Green Basis.  The Green Basis is great for the layer because it is nice and thick and was perfect for the torn frame look.  For the torn frame look you distress the edge and then peel the layers of the paper apart.  The ribbon I used picked up some of the pink and green color
