Hi! My name is Diana Queen. I have been married 23 years to the most wonderful, supportive, fun, loving fella of all time! Together we have twins, a boy and a girl. They are the loves of our lives and keep us very busy. I am so very blessed to be a “stay at home†mom to these little loves.
Card making began when my children were small and I needed a creative outlet that I could finish a little quicker than scrap booking. On a whim about 3 years ago I typed the word “card making†into my computer and I haven’t looked back! I have met the most creative, wonderful people in the paper crafting community. I’m looking forward to working with the lovely PaperTemptress papers and hope I can create projects that will give you at least a tiny bit of inspiration! ;D
Now on to my very first PaperTemptress project:
Ruche is a textured 65 lb card stock that has a wonderful texture. It has what I would describe as a “crinkled” texture… a very elegant paper. The Ruche paper is acid free which is a must for scrapbooking and most paper crafts. What I find fascinating is that the Ruche, even though textured… is ink jet compatible. How cool is that! Its a beautiful paper for traditional and digital stampers!
I’ve accented this card with a Spellbinders diecut tag (# S4-235) made from Brown Bag Kraft paper. The kraft is also layered behind 2 of the panels of this card. ThePriscillastyles digital image Sweet Pea Flowers was printed on Cryogen White which worked beautifully with my Copic markers!
Bye for now…have a joyful day!
