Sneak Peak of Upcoming Tutorial

SO what could this tutorial be about you, must be wondering after seeing the picture? Do you adore photo image stamps as much as I do? Do you often have a difficult time getting a good image? If you answer yes to one or more of these questions you will want/need to read the tutorial when I finish and post it. I have wanted to write the tutorial for months but the summer wreaks havoc on my health so it has to be put on hold. The summer lasted much longer than usual here in the desert of Arizona. It is still in the 90’s and it’s almost mid October. The earlier part of the summer had temperatures of  anywhere from 100 to 117 degrees. I am a happy camper to be in 90 degree weather now, LOL!

Back to the upcoming tutorial. I will be testing this lovely photo image stamp and others on a variety of Paper Temptress papers. I will post photos and give a review of the results for each paper I use. I hope to make it easier for all of you that love photo image stamps to get a good impression each and every time. Then maybe you will bring your photo image stamps out of hiding and give them another try.

For the example above (which is an ATC) I used Snow White Premium Glossy and Black BASIS card-stock. I am very pleased with the quality of the image on this paper. So if you want to practice, try the White Premium Glossy. Remember to use a good ink. I use Ranger Archival Jet Black. I also love the Ranger Archival Sepia. Memento inks work really well too. Of course your image will only be as good as your photo image stamp. The best of this type of stamp can be found at Hearts in Touch. Frances is very well known for having the best photo image stamps around. Have a look and see what she has to offer and give them a try.

I hope to have the complete tutorial  posted within two weeks. See you then!
