This week I am using Butterfly Kisses from Stampsmith. This beautiful little girl is stamped on a background piece I created using alcohol inks and embossing powders on Matte Glossy (for those techniques that require a glossy paper but doesn’t need a really glossy finish). The image was stamped with black versafine and clear embossed. Gold leafing pen on the edges of all the layers. The purple layer is Violet Vellum. The black layer is Retro Black Glossy Lustre. The card base is Retro Gold Glossy Lustre.
I try to keep reminding myself sometimes you have to let the image & the paper do the talking so I stopped there. 
Right now the Matte Glossy is my fave. gives a whole different look to polished stone and takes ink perfectly!
