I used to read a lot as a youth. It is something I should get back to doing. But in the mean time, I can make cards about books!
I like to call this a “book hinge” fold as only the top layer folds open to reveal “pages” where you can jot down your thoughts. I used Neenah Ivory for the base. It’s a great weight for CAS cards. The simple green mat is Tartan Green Felt Grandee. The deep burgundy velvet ribbon is the “bookmark” on the card. Do you feel inspired to read a book now?
