Thinking outside of the box…..That is what Diana from Diana’s Designs was doing when she created these great pictures for her wall. WOW, is all I can say. Then on top of that they fit perfectly into the Gingersnap Creations challenge GC32: Random Redhead Challenge – Photo Frames. Well it at least meets the frames part of the challenge!
This is what Diana says about these designs:
I created the pelicans from a picture I got from a Scherinsnitte book and then cut it out on my klic n kut. I just can’t cut with scissors anymore, I am spoiled now. I used the Lagoon mica/metallic for the background and the Black Velvet for the pelicans.
I used Children Playing Silhouette Designs by Diana’s Designs available at PaperThreads for the other picture. I’m slowly converting all my files to include SVG files so Cricut users can use them also, this is from a collection that is converted, but if you see any files of mine you like and want them converted, be sure to let me know and I will do it for you. I used the same Black Velvet paper for the children playing, but I added Vista Mica/Metallic for the birds and Ruby Mica/Metallic for the flowers. The background paper is the fabulous Vintage Silver Lustre sponged with Stampin Up Brocade blue ink.
