This is Cornish Heritage Farms Polar Bear Pair stamped and embossed on Silk Silver Lustre from Paper Temptress that I had previously brushed on watered down acrylic paints. Just the cheapy paints from Michaels and sorry I don’t recall the colors 
What’s so fantastic and lovely about this paper is the pattern of the paper still shows through and sort of floats to the top. Just so pretty. Seems I can add any ink to this paper and the paper insists on shining!

The image is layered on more Laser Silver Lustre and then Silver Stardream and then another layer of Laser Silver Lustre. The card base is Light Blue Basis. Corners, flourish and snowflakes were punched from the Laser Silver Lustre.
