Large Matchbook

I am gifting a friend of mine an unmounted Paper Makeup Stamp and I thought that a Matchbook would be a fun way to present it.  I created a pro to type out of copy paper so I could get the correct dimensions before cutting into the lavish Paper Temptress papers.

The outside cover of this matchbook is made from Cream Velvet Touch.  Whoa!  What a feel this as…so soft and cloth-like…but VERY sturdy.  I used Rosso Incandescent for the mini card and accents to the matchbook.  In this picture you can see the gold gleaming in the textured paper.  Double Duty Salmon was used for accents.

Here is the inside view. 

The red is actually a pocket where you can slip in some flat or small gifts.    The finished dimensions one this project are 5 x 4.75 x 0.5.  The card is 3 inches square.   If you have a small token for a friend or family member, present it in packaging made from Paper Temptress Papers.   It is sure to be two gifts in one!
