Couldn’t let Halloween go by without posting some Paper Temptress goodies! My lamp played a nasty trick on me & burned me like crazy and I was scared silly to go near it, but then I got a treat with a break in the rain. Yay! Sun for photographs!

These photos do not do the shimmer in these cardstocks justice, but hopefully, you’ll find the tricks used for these cards to be a little treat. All the paper temptress papers let I used here lets you emboss digital images–If it can’t be embossed, I won’t use it. I’m a kook that way!)

There are instructions on how to emboss digital images in this Paper Temptress post, if you’re curious.

Paper Temptress Papers used on these cards:
  • Onyx Stardream cardstock (love Love LOVE the way the torn edge is black against this cardstock’s charcoal shimmer. It’s so stunning it’s scary! heehee

The digi stuff:

I pierced the Onyx paper with a paper piercer and a pin to get sparkly holes for stars:

It looks SO much more sparkly and  funky in person, honest.

  • The sentiments are all computer generated text using a free typewriter font from dafont.com

Happy Halloween, to those who celebrate it!

  • With havin so much content do you ever run into any issues
of plagorism or copyright violation? My site has a lot of exclusive content I’ve either
written myself or outsourced but it seems a lot
of it is popping it up all over the web without my permission. Do you know
any techniques to help prevent content from being ripped off?
    I’d certainly appreciate it.
