Artful Sentiments Copic Challenge 28

This challenge was to use the copic colors R08, Yr18, and Y17 .  I also used YRo2 and Yr00 to color the face but otherwise all other colors were the 3 colors that were the challenge.  I have always loved the image which I got from Stamp Zia a long time ago but have only used once b4.  She was perfect for what I envisioned this card to be.  You can’t see but I used the fabulous Atyou Spica glitter pens to highlight her eyes and also the leaves so they sparkle in real life (kind of like me LOL!)  This is the first time I used the new Brawny RC 100, this color was the Tuscan Sun.  This is a very heavyweight 100# cardstock which is perfect for those who like to use a heavier weight cardstock.  This cardstock can hold up to a lot of abuse!!   The Red mat is the absolutely fabulous Russo Incandescent and the leaves and sentiment is one of my favorite colors in the Mica/metallic line and that is the Emerald Green.  Now on my monitor they look blue and I can’t seem to fix that right now but it really is a beautiful green cardstock.  I usually use an ott lite to photograph my cards with but I am soooo tired because I had my 3 year old grandson last night, so needless to say, I didn’t get much sleep.  He has a terrible cough which is why he was here since he has a brother and sister at home that don’t always let him get a lot of sleep, so he stayed at Grammy’s so he could get a lot of rest, I just didn’t.  I am going to try to get more accurate colors tomorrow.  I also used the Rangers Puffs embossing powder for the 1st time and LOVE IT!!  You can’t really tell but it really does puff up a lot!  Anyway hope you enjoyed, I am off to bed!
