Autumn Blessings

Today I have an autumn card to show you today.  When back to school time comes around I start to get in the mood for fall.  I just love fall- the colors, the leaves, and the weather in the northeast where I live.  So, some of my favorite cards to make are fall themed.

I stamped my leaf image from the Autumn Blessings set from Sweet N Sassy stamps with versamark ink and embossed it with copper embossing powder onto cryogen white.  This was then matted onto metallic copper and then onto jellybean green poptones.  I punched the corners of the main panels with the Marvy scallop corner punch and accented them with rhinestones.  I tied my copper ribbon around the middle and then scored 3 lines above and below it before attaching to the card base.  The leaf image was adhered in the center using foam dots for dimension.

Supplies: stamps- Sweet N Sassy stamps Autumn Blessings set; Paper Temptress cardstock in metallic copper, cryogen white, and jellybean green; rhinestones; Marvy corner scallop punch; copper metallic ribbon

Thanks for looking and make sure you check out the September specials on the Paper Temptress website- some good stuff let me tell ya!

Have a blessed day everyone!!!

love your card, I think Autumn is my favorite time of the year to stamp – I love earth tone colors and I can use them all this time of year! Love my paper too! Just got it yesterday – what a great set!
    Thank you!
