Kinkade Christmas

I have another Christmas in July card to show you today.  It is never too early to get started making them right LOL?  The one I have to share with you today is a simple yet elegant card.

p2115657

I used crimson versafine ink to stamp my Kinkade image onto Cryogen white.  The image comes out so crisp and clean on it and it has a touch of shimmer also.  This was then matted onto antique gold metallic and then onto basis red.  I used stickles to add a bit more sparkle to the roof to highlight the snow.  I embossed my sentiment in gold onto vellum and attached to my card with brads.  To finish it off I tied some gold organdy ribbon and gold cord at the top.

Supplies:  stamps- Kinkade stonehedge hutch, DRS designs sentiment, Cardstock- paper temptress cryogen white, antique gold metallic, basis red, vellum, basic grey dp; accessories- gold brads, embossing powder, organdy ribbon, gold cord, stickles

Thanks for stopping by today!  I hope that you are inspired by the card I shared today.  Oh and if you have not already done so, be sure to check out the Christmas in July package that is on sale for 40%off and today is the last day to get so better hurry!
