Hello everyone. I hope those of you in the States had an enjoyable and safe Independence Day! We spent the day with my in-laws doing all the typical things families do on the 4th of July.
My card today started out as an experiment because I absolutely adore this new Ruche paper. The texture is just divine, but I wanted to see how well rub-ons took to the texture. So I started off by using the rub-ons applying the tiny flower to a small piece of the Ruche paper. I was so happy and please with the way that it turned out that I bravely cut my paper for the card and proceeded to add a larger rub-on that spread from my Ruche paper onto the panel of white. I hope you are impressed with the great way the Ruche paper took the rub-ons!
I was able to use the small flower rub-on that began as my test as my embellishment to this card. Let no scrap go unused – that’s my motto!
Until next time, have a fantastic day.
